Regional Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled professional to coordinate support services for our regional operations.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your administrative skills in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for providing high-level support to our regional managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in managing regional operations, including inventory management, stock control, and supply chain coordination.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Assist with financial tasks, such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate records.
- Prepare regular reports and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction or equipment hire industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Relevant certifications, such as WHS or First Aid (desired).
