Regional Operations Coordinator

Your Key Responsibilities will include effective time management practices, coordinating diary appointments and prioritizing correspondence to prevent interruptions.
Meetings, conferences and visitor arrangements will be coordinated on behalf of the Regional Director.
Support for meetings chaired by the Regional Director will involve preparing agendas, papers and minutes.
Documentation, including confidential correspondence, reports and presentations, will need to be coordinated in a timely and accurate manner.
Priorities, workflows and deadlines will require review to ensure timelines are met.
Processes to support efficient functions across the region will need to be developed and monitored.
Careful proofreading and editing of correspondence will be necessary to align with departmental style guides.

This position requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
