Job DescriptionThis role involves delivering a sustainable price, promotion, assortment and trade spend strategy to optimise revenue & return for our business and our customers.
You will be responsible for leveraging data driven insights in the On-Premise channel to drive greater commercial and financial acumen across our sales, marketing and finance teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing budgets and managing profit outcomes, as well as demonstrated communication and business partnering skills along with an ability to influence at senior leadership level.
About the Role- In this role, you will deliver great business partnering through:
- Incorporation of brand vision, current market dynamics & competitor activity into a robust & consistent pricing strategy.
- Quantify financial impact of short-, medium- & long-term pricing movements.
- Lead the strategic plan for CPI increases twice annually for the on-premise channel.
- Create promotional strategies and mechanics for the on-premise channel.
- Identify risks & opportunities on trade spend efficiency with a particular focus on embedding a return-on-investment culture.
- Experience working within Revenue Growth Management, Category or Commercial Finance is highly regarded.
- A knowledge of the on-premise channel is preferred but not essential for the role.
This is a permanent role available on a hybrid basis, which means you'll have the flexibility to work from home and our York Street Office in Sydney.
SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience.
