About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Retail and Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team at Virgin Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to maximise our profitability, as well as achieving retail and partnership marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic marketing plans for B2C retail and oversee the tourism and alliance portfolios for both domestic and international operations.
  • Focus on direct-to-consumer marketing and communications across multiple markets.
Requirements
  • Extensive retail experience with a proven track record of managing commercial sponsorships and partnerships.
  • Robust digital campaign management skills and experience in driving digital media effectiveness.
  • Ability to develop strategy and deliver commercial outcomes, especially in relation to retail and partners.
  • Successful leadership experience in delivering on a plan or strategy.
  • Strong leadership and natural ability to influence and engage key decision makers across all levels of the business.
