
Office Administrator Role

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to non-executive employees, departments, and functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating staff support activities and serving as a liaison with other teams to resolve day-to-day administrative challenges.
- Roster management coordination for a rotational workforce to ensure sufficient coverage of all shift panels.
- Maintaining files, databases, records, and documents; developing data and performing routine analysis and calculations in the processing of internal reports.
- Preparing statistical and written reports for leadership.
- Gathering forecasting information for informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interface with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to last-minute changes and requests.
- Process improvement mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
