Administration Support Professional

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to non-executive employees, departments, and functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating staff support activities and serving as a liaison with other teams to resolve day-to-day administrative challenges.
  • Roster management coordination for a rotational workforce to ensure sufficient coverage of all shift panels.
  • Maintaining files, databases, records, and documents; developing data and performing routine analysis and calculations in the processing of internal reports.
  • Preparing statistical and written reports for leadership.
  • Gathering forecasting information for informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
