We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Officer to join our State Government department in O'Connor.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support, working full time hours on an initial temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a dynamic government environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise onboarding volunteers
- Manage paperwork and documents
- Coordinate travel proposals and bookings
- Data and records management
- General administrative duties as required
- Data entry and updating the asset management system
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in admin or similar role
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- Attention to details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- A current police clearance, dated within the past 3 months (or willing to obtain)
