As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing and maintaining a smooth-running environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of daily office operations, including reception duties, mail handling, and office supplies management
  • Administrative support to the executive team and various departments
  • Coordination of travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Maintenance of accurate records and databases, particularly SharePoint
  • Document preparation, presentation, and report creation
  • Purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports processing and management
