Job Title: Office Administrator
">As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing and maintaining a smooth-running environment.
">The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
">You will provide exceptional customer service, engage with stakeholders, and foster positive relationships.
">Main Responsibilities:
- Oversight of daily office operations, including reception duties, mail handling, and office supplies management
- Administrative support to the executive team and various departments
- Coordination of travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Maintenance of accurate records and databases, particularly SharePoint
- Document preparation, presentation, and report creation
- Purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports processing and management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous resource experience is ideal
- Demonstrates proactive attitude in addressing challenges and problem-solving
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
- Adaptable, collaborative team player
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Skilled at engaging with and fostering relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
