We are currently seeking a skilled Insurance Claims Analyst to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage a portfolio of insurance and claim-related incidents, ensuring timely and compliant remediation.
- Maintain accurate incident and remediation records across both administrative and insurance functions.
- Collaborate with third parties (including administrators and insurers) to coordinate and manage incidents and breaches.
- Oversee the execution and quality of remediation and rectification actions performed by third-party providers.
- Conduct analysis and quality assurance on outcomes affecting impacted member cohorts.
- Hold third-party service providers accountable for the timely and effective delivery of remediation plans.
- Make informed decisions within delegated authority and maintain appropriate decision registers.
- Ensure all incident and remediation activities meet applicable legislative, SIS, and organisational compliance standards.
- Proven experience in incident and remediation analysis, preferably in the superannuation and/or insurance claims domain.
- Detailed knowledge of superannuation industry processes, particularly insurance within super funds.
- Strong understanding of SIS Act and SIS Regulations relevant to member remediation and incident handling.
- Experience managing third-party providers and holding them accountable for service performance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
