We are seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to join our team and work on a soon-to-commence Student Accommodation project at the Australia Defence Force Academy (ADFA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise site activities and coordinate sub-contractors, suppliers, and general construction activities.
  • Develop and manage short-term programs, monitor project costs, and oversee project QA, and EHS requirements.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a Supervisor or Site Manager role working on large-scale construction projects, ideally $50 million or above.
  • Relevant trade, and/or building construction management qualifications.
  • Experience overseeing major trade packages, across all disciplines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • An ability to coordinate and organise teams and manage subcontractors to work effectively.
