Clinical Site Management Role Summary: Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Site Management Lead to maximize site performance and engagement in clinical studies, leveraging clinical operational and therapeutic expertise to support study execution.

  • Lead the planning, initiation, coordination, and management of monitoring and monitoring-related activities, ensuring compliance with client SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage with clinical sites to develop strong relationships with investigators and staff, ensuring high-quality investigative sites support client clinical development programs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party vendors.
  • Provide operational support to deliver studies within planned timelines and according to required quality and compliance standards.
  • Evaluate, screen, and develop high-quality investigative sites to support client clinical development programs.
  • Engage with Key Opinion Leaders, sites, patient organizations, and key contact points throughout the study.
  • Train new investigators on client clinical trials and attend key therapeutic trainings and industry meetings.

Requirements:

\

  • Requires a SCRA with at least 4+ years of monitoring experience in Germany.
  • Excellent German and English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in an international and rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to supervise monitoring and related activities in clinical trials and have scientific discussions with Investigators and Site Personnel.
  • Requires a BA/BS degree.
  • Ability to travel domestically.
