We're seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team in a dynamic life insurance role.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by working within the Outbound sales team.
  • Deliver a positive experience for all customers through phone and online interactions.
  • Use industry-leading sales methodologies to educate clients on life insurance options and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and generation of quotes to ensure seamless application processes.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in outbound call centre sales or a related field is highly regarded.
  • Proven sales success, driven by target achievement and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Strong ability to learn quickly, show initiative, and proactively deliver outcomes.
