Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 5–7 years' experience in claims management (life insurance, superannuation, or financial services).
  • A strong understanding of Death, TPD, and Income Protection claims processes.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver compelling product and service propositions.
