About the RoleThe Technical Claims Manager will play a pivotal role in setting direction and delivering strategic objectives for the Insurance operations team. You will leverage your expertise in claims handling to support transformation projects and lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive strategic direction and continuous improvement initiatives across insurance operations.
- Lead and mentor teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement best practice claims handling with a focus on improved outcomes and reduced duration.
- Partner with industry peers to strengthen insurance capability and reputation as a thought leader.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and embed strong risk management practices.
- Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to deliver aligned solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will bring 5+ years' leadership experience in Life Insurance operations within large, complex organisations with a strong background in claims and/or underwriting in Life Insurance.
