Job Overview:
This key role is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new sales opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships to meet or exceed established annual sales production goals.
The successful candidate will develop and implement effective sales strategies, build a pipeline of prospects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develops and executes sales plans to achieve or exceed annual sales targets through the generation of new accounts and cross-selling within the existing book of business.
- Partners with Customer Service Representatives to renew existing business and meet or exceed retention goals.
- Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Exceptional project management, communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
