Aviva is seeking a skilled Claims Repair Specialist to join our UKGI Claims Supply Chain Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for motivating external suppliers and Aviva employees to improve property repair claims performance.
About the Role:The successful candidate will have technical property/buildings knowledge, excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, and a strong understanding of property claims from being out in the field. You will work closely with suppliers and Aviva employees to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change to enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Review performance and oversee actions to improve service, accurate costing, safety, and quality on all types of property claims.
- Use technical knowledge and relationship management skills to identify opportunities and motivate others to change and improve quality.
- Apply coaching, training, best practice sharing, and action planning to motivate suppliers to embed sustainable improvements on all future claims.
- Provide assurance and context to senior management to enable holistic change.
