Claims Repair Specialist

Aviva is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supplier Oversight Consultant to join our UKGI Claims Supply Chain Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in motivating external suppliers and Aviva employees to make sustainable improvements in property repair claims performance.
About the Role:The Supplier Oversight Consultant will be responsible for using their technical knowledge and relationship management skills to identify opportunities and motivate others to change and improve quality. This will involve reviewing performance, overseeing actions, and applying coaching, training, and best practice sharing to embed sustainable improvements on all future claims.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical property/buildings knowledge is essential, with a solid understanding of property claims from being out in the field.
- A people person mentality with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Strong verbal & written communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Real desire to make a difference for customers, with the ability to identify problems and drive change to improve customer experience.
- Cert CII /Dip CII, BDMA, HND/HNC Building studies, or Accreditation to CII, RICS, CIOB, CILA desirable.
- Starting salary circa £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary; Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's
