Job Description

As a Client Services Associate, you will support the client services team in all aspects of client interactions and operations. This includes client communications, investor onboarding, KYC processes, application management, capital calls, unit register administration, interest payment processing, and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients and distribution team members to ensure seamless communication.
  • Process onboarding forms efficiently and accurately.
  • Conduct thorough KYC checks in compliance with AML/CTF policies to maintain regulatory standards.

Internal Application Processing:

  • Prepare and send investor applications to the relevant parties.
  • Process completed applications in a timely manner.
  • Address application-related queries from clients and the distribution team promptly.
  • Follow up on outstanding applications within agreed-upon timelines to ensure optimal outcomes.

Unit Register Administration:

  • Match incoming funds with applications and issue unit certificates accurately.
  • Process redemption requests in accordance with established procedures.
  • Review interest payment calculations for accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform month-end reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:

  • A degree (completed or near completion) in finance or business is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential for success in this role.
  • Effective communication skills are vital for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Interest in financial markets and commercial real estate is beneficial, but not necessary.
  • Proactive approach, multitasking ability, and strong attention to detail are key attributes for this position.
