Senior Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing personal care services to our clients, promoting their independence and wellbeing.

  • This includes assisting with daily living tasks, such as getting clients out of bed, showered, and dressed, as well as supporting them with medications, mobility, and therapy goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in aged care and hold a Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support in Ageing. They must also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive high-quality care and support. You will be part of a dynamic team that values teamwork, compassion, and customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care services to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks
  • Supporting clients with medications, mobility, and therapy goals
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Assisting with household tasks, such as meal preparation and grocery shopping

What we are looking for:

  • Experience working in aged care
  • Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support in Ageing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
