Event Planning and Coordination

This is a senior role requiring exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering corporate hospitality programs at high-profile events across Australia.


Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end event management: pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event wrap-up
  • Coordinate with venues, caterers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
  • Develop bespoke food & beverage offerings in collaboration with caterers
  • Innovate and bring fresh ideas to enhance the client and guest experience
  • Design and execute branding/styling plans for event spaces
  • Liaise with sporting bodies, stadiums & concert promoters on accreditation & ticketing for events
  • Develop and distribute event communications to clients
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and event reporting

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Tertiary qualification in event management, marketing, hospitality or a related field (highly regarded)
  • Passion for sports, music, and live entertainment
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
