Compassionate Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic care worker to join our team. As a care worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest.

This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others. You will work closely with our experienced team to provide person-centered care, supporting our clients to maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to clients, including personal care, medication management, and mobility support
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, grooming, and household tasks
  • Support clients to engage in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No formal qualification is necessary, however, Certificate III Individual Support is an advantage
  • First Aid certificate desirable
  • Empathy and compassion are essential qualities for this role
  • Good administrative skills and computer literacy skills, including the usage of a smartphone
  • A strong team player, confident communication skills specifically to able to communicate changes in care, completion of all documentation, while maintaining confidentiality
