Championing Natural Therapies & Clinical Research into Medicinal Cannabis

Natura Healthcare Clinic is at the forefront of natural alternative therapies, with a strong commitment to supporting clinical research into the effectiveness ofmedicinal cannabis. As we expand our impact, we're seeking a proactive and experiencedClinic Operations Leadto manage the day-to-day operations of our clinic, build occupancy and doctor efficiency, and help drive strategic innovation.

AsClinic Operations Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clinic runs smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with Cannim's corporate strategy. You'll be responsible for operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and supporting both patient care and research initiatives.

1. Clinic Scheduling & Staffing Efficiency: Coordinate doctors and support staff based on patient demand and provide overflow in patient services where required.

2. Patient & Doctor Experience: Attract and retain patients and doctors through exceptional clinic experience.

3. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and manage timely reporting across clinical and research activities.

4. Software & Systems Oversight: Manage clinic software platforms and ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.

5. Performance & Quality Monitoring: Track service metrics, monitor quality standards, and implement corrective actions where needed.

6. Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with external and research study stakeholders to ensure clinical support aligns with protocols and service levels.

7. Strategic Implementation: Work closely with the Director of Clinics to embed innovation and reflect Cannim's strategic direction in clinic operations.

Proven experience in healthcare or clinic operations

Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks in clinical settings

Excellent organisational and leadership skills

Comfortable with clinic management software and digital tools

Passionate about natural therapies and patient-centred care

Experience supporting clinical research is highly regarded
