Researcher Role

This is a hands-on opportunity to develop skills across various research methods. You'll work with a talented team of designers, researchers, and engineers on a mission of measurable quality, usability, and simplicity.

  • Conduct ethnography, surveys, interviews, usability testing, and A/B (multi-variate) testing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand research needs and identify gaps in understanding user needs and goals.
  • Present findings to internal team members and other stakeholders.

About You

  • 3+ years of UX research experience.
  • Demonstrated ability in planning and supporting facilitation of research activities.
  • Genuine passion for understanding the human experience and developing approaches that explore behavioural and environmental drivers.
