Job Title: Senior Software Solutions Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering expert technical advice and support to customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Create technical knowledge articles and reports to document solutions and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve bugs and improve overall system performance.
  • Support the sales team by preparing customers for engagements and conducting product demonstrations.
  • Travel to customer locations to install and configure Advanced Navigation solutions.
  • Develop and execute technical solutions that meet and exceed customer needs in collaboration with the Sales Team.
  • Analyze and problem-solve high-level complex issues, providing in-depth technical assistance to customers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in application engineering or a related field with a strong understanding of software and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel nationally and globally for customer support and sales opportunities.
