Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to lead our Pre-Sales Technical Scoping efforts. As a trusted advisor, you will provide expert technical guidance to our sales team, analyzing customer requirements and recommending the most effective use of our products and services.

Your primary responsibility will be to create detailed professional services estimates and proposals for the development and implementation of new customer solutions. You will also articulate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive-level decision-makers.

Maintaining deep technical expertise across our Contact Center product suite is crucial in this role. You will lead technical discussions and provide expert recommendations to ensure seamless solution delivery.

This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility and connection at the team level. While you will be required to attend our local office part-time, we prioritize work-life balance and recognize the importance of remote work.
