Recruitment Consultant

Our team is seeking a skilled and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our RPO Solutions team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing volume recruitment campaigns, developing sourcing plans, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process for candidates and clients.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of best practice recruitment processes and a proven background in recruitment delivery. They will be able to prioritize multiple and conflicting delivery priorities, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and demonstrate a solutions-focused mindset.
