Talent Acquisition Expert

We're seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to supercharge our global expansion by hiring top-notch professionals.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing all talent acquisition activities, centralizing hiring processes, and supporting hiring managers through their interviews.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned recruitment professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the talent funnel from role scoping to advertising, screening, and nurturing candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to lead the initial stages of the hiring process.
  • Optimize interview processes to identify top-caliber talent.
  • Support hiring managers in designing role-related tasks, challenges, and take-homes.
  • Activate headhunting mode when required for niche technical roles.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of 2+ years in agency and/or internal talent acquisition.
  • Experience managing the hiring process end-to-end.
  • Super-connector with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge around hiring technical roles (product and engineering) is important.
  • Pace and urgency to work are essential.
