Principal Consultant: Workday Recruiting Expert

Become a renowned Workday Recruiting and Talent expert by bridging the gap between business and technical teams. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Workday design, configuration, testing, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Implementation: Leverage your expertise to recommend solutions tailored to client requirements, timeframe, and budget.
  • Client Support & Guidance: Facilitate design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and client needs.
  • Project Delivery: Regularly engage with clients throughout all project phases, ensuring seamless transition from legacy systems to Workday HCM solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, HR Management, or related field required.
  • Certification: Certification in Workday HCM, Workday Recruiting, or Workday Talent.
  • Work Experience: 2+ years of Workday implementation experience highly desired, 2-5 years of Human Resources, Payroll, or financial software experience required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills for effective customer management.
