Integration Expert

This is a great opportunity for a payments enthusiast to take on the role of Integration and Technical Product Specialist at a leading company in Sydney.

About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly skilled individual to serve as the primary point of contact for external partners and be the expert on API integrations for new partners.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of APIs and software integration methods, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Supporting external software partners with utilizing our APIs and other integration solutions.
  2. Undertaking partner briefings, design, roll out and support of integration solutions, working with various external partners and internal IT teams.
  3. Being the first point of contact for external partners and being responsible for resolving their queries directly and/or with the assistance of other internal team members.
  4. Assisting with partner onboarding – covering plans, set up, testing, and payment options configuration.
  5. Supporting external partners and internal teams on product usage, system configuration, functionality options or challenges.
  6. Being an advocate for integration partners and putting forward new and advanced product enhancements.
  7. Conducting, and assisting partners with, UAT on products and enhancements.
  8. Developing relationships with integration and other partners.

The ideal candidate will be able to operate effectively in a dynamic and agile environment, prioritizing and delivering key initiatives while maintaining a safe and secure work environment and compliance with OH&S guidelines.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in payments, banking or related industries, or in a client success role.
  • A high school certificate and degree or above would be an advantage.
