Job Opportunity
This is an exciting chance for a technically skilled payments professional to work closely with experienced Technical Account Managers in Sydney.
The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement API integrations, providing excellent customer support and technical expertise.
Support external software partners with API integration solutions.
Design, roll out, and support of integration solutions.
Be the first point of contact for external partners and resolve queries directly or with assistance from internal team members.
Assist with partner onboarding, including plan setup, testing, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
As the Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement API integrations.
Designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions to meet business requirements.
Providing exceptional customer service and support to external partners.
Requirements:

A strong understanding of APIs and software integration methods.
