Payment Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Payment Infrastructure Specialist to join our Payments & Fraud subgroup. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sophisticated payment routing systems that optimize for success rates, costs, and risk mitigation across global markets.
This is an exceptional opportunity to drive technical strategy and innovation in payment infrastructure, working closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
About the Role- Design and implement payment systems that integrate with multiple gateways, handling complex payment scenarios and multi-currency transactions
- Drive technical strategy across the Payments & Fraud subgroup, establishing architectural patterns and best practices that scale across all teams
- Lead complex technical initiatives that span multiple teams and services, coordinating efforts to deliver cohesive solutions
- Mentor and guide engineers across the subgroup, sharing expertise in payment systems, fraud prevention, and distributed architecture
- Possess in-depth knowledge of payment systems, including payment gateways, APIs, and security protocols
- Demonstrate expertise in software development, data structures, and algorithms
- Showcase experience in leading technical initiatives, mentoring team members, and driving technical strategy
