Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Capital Projects Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of critical capital engineering projects. This role offers the opportunity to drive project success, ensuring efficient operations.

This position is based at our Melbourne site, with opportunities to work across multiple locations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of capital projects, including scoping, design, procurement, contractor management, commissioning, and handover.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Develop clear and detailed scopes, technical specifications, and project documentation.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across manufacturing sites.
  • Provide on-site leadership for contractors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Support procurement processes and navigate internal systems to secure optimal project outcomes.
About You
  • Degree qualified in Engineering (Mechanical, Process or Chemical related disciplines)
  • Technical expertise applicable to our supply chain network, such as brewing, packaging, or utilities.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, related to process improvements, brewing, or infrastructure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – able to articulate technical details clearly.
  • Leadership skills to guide contractors and ensure safe project delivery.
