Airfield Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Airfield Program Director to lead our Aviation team in delivering end-to-end capital projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing airfield capital projects, managing strong design management, commercial rigor with smart procurement, cost control, and project delivery.

The role involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with reporting and governance requirements. You will drive program teams across key areas of Capital Plan Development, Design Management, Procurement, Cost Control, and Delivery Management.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in leading built environment capital projects in complex operational environments
  • Aviation and Airfield projects leadership and management expertise
  • Strong financial management skills and commercial acumen
  • Experience in construction procurement methodologies and effective interpersonal skills
  • The ability to tailor communication methods to the relevant stakeholder audience
