About the Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Home Lending Manager to join our team at Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited. As a key member of our Home and Investment Lending team, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers to achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow our home and investment lending business.
  • Lead and manage a team of lending professionals to achieve business targets and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure we are providing the best possible solutions for our customers.

Requirements:

  • Strong residential lending skills and experience, with a track record of building a successful pipeline and meeting financial targets.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and relationship building expertise.
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to effectively network to build customer and community connections.
  • Financial savvy, with a keen attention to detail.
  • An active user and promoter of technology to educate customers about digital solutions.
  • The ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with great presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive attitude and the desire to be part of a productive, supportive and collaborative team environment.
