What You'll Do
As a Home and Investment Lending Specialist, your role is to work closely with the Home and Investment Lending Manager to support customers in achieving their financial goals. You will provide expert guidance to customers, ensuring their experience with ANZ is seamless and their needs are met. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring customers are strong advocates for ANZ.
You will be responsible for identifying suitable financial solutions to meet customer needs and ensuring lending administrative activities are completed accurately and on time.
You will also be involved in other branch activities to provide customers with a seamless banking experience by meeting their end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating on digital solutions. You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience. Importantly, you will be responsible for adhering to ANZ's policies, processes, and standards.

To be successful in this role, you should bring the following:
- Strong customer focus, preferably with home lending and retail banking experience
- Financial acumen and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task, highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
- Proactive, shows initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to build relationships with customers
- High level of attention to detail is essential
- Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
