Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home and Investment Lending Professional to join our team. As a Senior Lending Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers to save for, buy and own their own home or investment property.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers to coach them through the home loan journey and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Develop and implement effective lending strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience.
- Experience working in a sales role that has financial targets would be advantageous, but is not mandatory.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and relationship building expertise, coupled with the desire to build your network and promote ANZ.
- Strong customer focus and the ability to effectively network to build customer and community connections.
- Financial savvy, with a keen attention to detail.
- An active user and promoter of technology to educate customers about digital solutions.
- The ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills, coupled with great presentation and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and the desire to be part of a productive, supportive and collaborative team environment.
