About the Role
As a Home Investment Lending Associate in our Team, you'll play a key role in helping our customers achieve their financial goals by supporting them in saving for, buying, and owning their own home or investment property.
This role drives mortgage sales and cross-sale performance across the Retail Branch Network, requiring in-depth product knowledge of ANZ and competitor Home and Investment lending products.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Home & Investment Lending Manager to support customers in achieving their financial goals
- Coach customers through each step of the journey, providing expert guidance and advice
- Act as a mentor to other members of the branch, coaching and inspiring them to provide the best possible customer experience
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure customers' experience with ANZ is seamless
- Deliver on our Customer Promises to ensure customers are strong advocates for ANZ
Requirements
- Strong customer focus, with home lending and retail banking experience
- Significant experience in financial services and attention to detail
- Experience in being an active user and promoter of technology to educate customers about digital solutions
- Ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to be proactive and work in a collaborative team environment
