What will your day look like?
As a Home and Investment Lending Specialist, your role is to work with the Home and Investment Lending Manager to support customers in saving for, buying and owning their own home or investment property. You will coach customers through each step of the journey, ensure their experience with ANZ is seamless and maintain relationships with existing customers. You will be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises to ensure customers are strong advocates for ANZ.
Responsibilities
- Identify appropriate products and solutions to meet customer needs
- Ensure lending administrative activities are completed accurately and on time
- Provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating on digital solutions
- Act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience
- Adhere to ANZ's policies, processes and standards
