We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Lending Manager to join our team at Bankwest. As a key member of our Mobile Lending Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and establishing long-lasting relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide holistic lending solutions to customers, identifying and anticipating their financial needs.
- Travel frequently to meet customers and referral partners, utilizing industry-leading technology to provide a seamless banking experience.
- Proactively identify business opportunities and generate new customers through a strong presence in the local community and effective referral partner relationships.
- Ensure applications are compliant and all checks are completed, providing exceptional service and building trust with customers.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a residential lending environment, with a strong knowledge of Home Lending products and responsible lending legislation.
- Mandarin speaking capability is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and establishing rewarding relationships.
- Ability to see the big picture for customers and provide them with tailored solutions.
