Residential Building Industry Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrator to join our team in the residential building industry.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced administration role within the construction sector, with excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Onsite Companion software (preferred).
- Provide administrative support across the Construction Team, including liaising with and organising trades, suppliers, and contractors.
- Manage covenants, council submissions, and assist with colour selections.
- Solve queries of new clients and keep them updated on the build process.
- Perform general administration duties and reception tasks as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the residential construction industry.
- Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Proficient in Onsite Companion software (preferred).
- Good references.
