We are seeking an exceptional Administrator to fill a key role in our residential building industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Client Liaison: responding to requests, queries, and providing solutions within timeframes.
  • Pre-Construction Administration: lodging documents for approvals and permits.
  • Maintenance: liaising with clients, booking trades, and maintaining registers.
  • Daily Reporting: ensuring up-to-date records.
  • System Maintenance: keeping Onsite Companion software current.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced administration role in residential construction.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Proficiency in Onsite Companion software is preferred.
  • Good references are required.
