Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Bookings Administrator to support our Business Operations division. This role is essential for managing the administrative tasks associated with our Stockbroking services, ensuring compliance and accuracy in trade bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to ASX and ASIC Market Integrity Rules.
  • Handle ETO trade allocations and rebookings within the DCA system.
  • Regularly reconcile online bookings and address any discrepancies.
  • Manage unallocated trades and ensure all trades are booked appropriately.
  • Input institutional client trades into OMGEO CTM at the end of each trading day.
  • Communicate any trade errors or anomalies to the relevant dealers.
  • Rebook and cancel contract notes as necessary, addressing issues such as incorrect brokerage charges.
  • Allocate and process suspense bookings for partners and institutional clients.
  • Create IPO bookings upon submission.
  • Utilize machinery for printing and folding contract notes.
  • Facilitate manual international trades as required.
  • Oversee trade bookings within the BNP Neo-link system.
  • Monitor error accounts and maintain updates in Hi-tec.
  • Adhere to CMC policies and complete all mandatory compliance training.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Experience in client services.
  • Prior experience in stockbroking administration.
  • Familiarity with GBST systems.
  • Knowledge of IRESS IOS is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Understanding of OMEGO CTM is a plus.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • RG146 accreditation is beneficial but not required.
