The Role -
  • Liaise with Agent Banks and Bilateral clients on drawdowns, rollovers and repayment of loans.
  • Liaise with FO and Agent Banks on Financial Close of new deals and first drawdowns.
  • Complete payment memos for all drawdowns and obtain FO sign-off before sending to CMO for payment.
  • Complete deal tickets for drawdowns, rollovers, and prepayments.
  • Booking of Syndicated and Bilateral loans into the system.
  • Booking of funding in the system.
  • Obtain from Treasury applicable interest rates for the booking of drawdowns and rollovers.
  • Liaise with CRM in the booking of new facilities and limits.
  • Prepare and send confirmation of rate sets to Bilateral clients, liaising with FO where necessary.
  • Daily MT950's reconciliation.
  • Daily Nostro reconciliation of funds received.
  • Daily ISIS ASE Controls to be commented on and reconciled if necessary.
  • Provide operational support to CMO including validation of Swift payments, back up validation of Austraclear and Calypso.
    You
    • Experience in Back Office or Middle Office in a commercial/institutional banking environment;
      hands-on processing experience, knowledge of treasury operations/products, knowledge and understanding of Trade Finance products.
    • Motivated Good communicator

    • Ability to multitask and process high volumes at month end.
