About Our Senior Business Development Opportunity

This key position focuses on developing and executing strategies to expand specialist lending solutions in Western Australia, leveraging your expertise in business development and relationship management within a collaborative team that values growth, learning, and innovation.

You will nurture broker relationships, build networks, and drive the success of our specialist lending offerings across Western Australia. The organisation offers flexible work arrangements, monthly incentives, and a culture built on teamwork and trust to support your professional journey.

  • Develop a targeted engagement strategy to maintain high levels of interaction with brokers and aggregators across Western Australia.
  • Proactively manage a robust sales pipeline, identify new opportunities, follow up leads diligently, and convert prospects into successful outcomes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service support to brokers regarding new residential specialist loans and commercial loan enquiries with timely and accurate information.
  • Educate brokers about the benefits of residential specialist and commercial loan products to help them grow their businesses.
Main Responsibilities

The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Cultivating meaningful connections with brokers, aggregators, and key industry players in Western Australia.
  • Managing an active sales pipeline from lead generation through to deal closure.
  • Mentoring broker networks to unlock growth and gather market insights that inform product development.
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to identify product or policy innovations for Western Australia.
Key Requirements

To succeed as a Senior Business Development Manager, you should have:
