Job Description

This role is responsible for leading the growth of specialist lending products in Western Australia, focusing on residential non-conforming and commercial lending. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will cultivate meaningful connections with brokers, aggregators, and key industry players, engaging directly with your network to drive sales pipeline growth.

You will develop and execute a focused visiting strategy to maintain high levels of interaction with brokers and aggregators, identifying new opportunities, following up leads diligently, and converting prospects into successful outcomes.

  • Take ownership of WA sales strategy for specialist lending products, working closely with brokers and aggregators to deliver outstanding results in a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in specialist lending products across Western Australia.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brokers, aggregators, and key industry players to drive sales pipeline growth.
  • Identify new opportunities, follow up leads diligently, and convert prospects into successful outcomes.
  • Provide exceptional servicing support to brokers regarding new residential specialist loans and commercial loan enquiries with timely and accurate information.
  • Educate brokers about the benefits of residential specialist and commercial loan products to help them grow their businesses.
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements that meet broker and organisational goals.

Requirements:
