Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about building strong relationships with customers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to drive growth.

  • Develop tailored lending solutions that meet the needs of customers, leveraging your credit analysis expertise and understanding of customer needs.
  • Build lasting relationships within the community, positioning yourself as a trusted lending expert who can provide ongoing support.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in consumer lending, with a strong understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations.
  • Strong networks and ability to self-generate new business opportunities.
  • High level of understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations.
  • Ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs, and develop a holistic view of their situation.
  • Highly developed credit analysis skills.
  • Understanding of small business offerings.
