About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team at Multicap. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to individuals with disabilities in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
  • Assist with household duties, cooking, and medication management
  • Offer companionship and build meaningful relationships with customers
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Communicate effectively with customers, families, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Current Driver's Licence (P2 or open)
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (Yellow card)
  • Working with Children (Blue card)
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • NDIS orientation module certificate
