Key Responsibilities- Provide support to participants with complex care, personal care, and high physical needs
- Work in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) or SDA environment
- Assist participants in achieving personal growth and independence
- Establish professional relationships with participants and their families
- Ensure compliance and safety in record management
- Minimum 2 years industry experience
- Experience working with disability, mental health, high medical needs, aged care, individual support, or NDIS management
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record management
- Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster, including overnight shifts
- Current First Aid, CPR, NDIS Orientation, COVID Infection Control, NDIS Workers Screening, Working with Children Check, and National Police Check
- Current Open Driver's Licence
