Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team in providing high-quality support services to our participants. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting participants with daily living tasks, personal care, and social activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualised support to participants with complex care needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and hygiene
  • Support participants with social activities, including outings and community engagement
  • Collaborate with the support team to develop and implement individualised plans
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for participants
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in disability support or a related field
  • Experience working with participants with complex care needs
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
