This role involves providing early, timely, and personal service to workers, employers, and other stakeholders while delivering an empathetic customer experience through in-depth technical specialisation in complex claims.

This is a full-time, 6-month contract position based in the Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home once fully trained.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively manage rehabilitation providers and approval of rehabilitation plans/wellness plans in accordance with guidelines.
  • Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders regularly to progress strategies and actions.
  • Engage in employer claims reviews where requested and maintain regular contact with the employer, EML account manager, and/or primary EML claims specialist for a policy.
  • Gather evidence and conduct investigations to assist in dispute proceedings and ensure they are managed and supported in a timely manner.
  • Ensure effective management of key legislative drivers in accordance with the Act.

ABOUT YOU

  • You possess previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • You demonstrate great attention to detail and time management skills.
  • You excel in written and verbal communication.
  • Tertiary studies in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, Nursing, Psychology) are advantageous but not mandatory.

SALARY: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
