We are currently seeking a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our high-performing Recoveries and Restructuring practice in Adelaide. About the Role
This exciting position involves providing administrative support directly to a Senior Partner and their team. Your responsibilities will include editing, drafting, and preparing correspondence and legal documents; managing finance requirements, such as trust accounts, accounts payable, expenses, audit letters, billing, and reporting; and maintaining accurate file management systems. If you possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial software like Elite or other similar tools, this role is tailored to your strengths.
Your Qualifications
To excel in this position, you should have:
- A background in legal administration, with a desire to advance your skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Proficiency in using financial software, such as Elite or other comparable tools, to manage expenses, matters, timesheets, client billing, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for producing high-quality documentation.
